Bug Description
Most users coming from a windows background or users without any deeper knowledge about the different steps the OS is taking to the final desktop will look directly at the sound options if they want to switch those effects off.
They will be disappointed when changing everything to no sound has no effect on the login ready sound. A direct link to the right place in the generell audio would be really helpful.
