Bug Description

1) When extracting files via a drag and drop action, file roller will overwrite any files without informing the user, leading to data loss.

2) When extracting files via the menu "Archive"->"Extract" and if the option "Overwrite existing files" is turned off, then File Roller will NOT extract files which already exist on the destination folder, but will still show an "extraction completed successfully" message, which is very confusing from the user's endpoint of view.
