Getting out of search mode in Nautilus is very un-intuitive

Bug Description
When I press the search Button, I can search in Nautilus. However, when i am done, the olny way to get back to my regular viewing is to click on the back button.
It would be nice if there is a broom or X on the right most location of the search field that will escape me from the search mode so I can go back to the standard FS navigation mode.
This bug is kinda linked to Bug #57210
