Bug Description
This is a little hard to describe, but I'll do my best.
Let's say you've got two nautilus windows. You want to drag files from one to the other, either for moving or copying. The window you are dragging from is covering the window you want to drag to. If you want to put the file in one of the folders within that overlapped window? You need the destination window to steal focus, so you can see the folders within it.
As of right now, Nautilus windows don't steal focus and move forward when you drag files into them. It's not often that you run into this, but it is very annoying when you do.
