Firefox startpage links not translated/localized

On Ubuntu 8.04, 8.10 and 9.04, when Ubuntu is set on a language different than English, the Firefox startpage links :
- Ubuntu Help
- Participate
- Ubuntu Shop
redirect to English webpages.

And the Google search gives English webpages results.

That's makes "internet experience with Ubuntu" very unpleasant for new users (non-English speaking users are majority of Ubuntu's users ? i don't know statistics about this).

Sorry, but those pages don't have translations, and translating them is far from a papercut.

2 problems to solve:
- Google search language : isn't it just a parameter to change in the Google search ?
- Ubuntu links : why not redirecting to official LoCo websites ?

Google search language is now SOLVED (cf bug #363381).

But Help/Participate/Shop links are still in English ... please cancel the "duplicate" !

There is no reason to cancel duplicate status, so has been reinstated. Its a duplicate of bug #387707 not bug #363381
