Bug Description

Gtk applications always appear in upper right corner of the screen when you call them from the panel launcher: in fedora (at least in version 11) it's always start applications in the center of the screen which is better from a visual/usability point of view at least in my opinion (Best wold be remember last position of the application on the screen but maybe is more difficult to do).
