Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubufox
Ubufox should prompt for Firefox restart after installation of Adobe flash plugin.
Currently Ubufox doesn't prompt for it, so newbie users won't know that the flash works until they restart Firefox.

i think thats right; especially when not installing through ubufox we should ask for restart. (from within ubufox its supposed to work without restart, but i think that feature somehow is broken in firefox atm - have to check).
anyway; flashplugin-nonfree package can touch the firefox required file (as done by firefox postinst) to trigger that restart notification.
