It's probable that few users actually use this app considering no reports in the 2+ years it's been broken.

[Impact]
It is impossible to rotate images using 'nautilus-image-converter' even though it presents a context menu entry advertising this feature.
[Test Case]
Install 'nautilus-image-converter' and restart nautilus via `nautilus -q`
in a terminal. Open a new Nautilus instance, right click an image, left click "Rotate images..." in the context menu. Nothing happens.
After installing the patched 'nautilus-image-converter' package and restarting Nautilus, right click and image, left click "Rotate images..." in the context menu and the image rotation dialogue is presented.

None. The fix is UI only.
