Tooltip for Rubbish Bin displays "Wastebasket ..." instead of "Rubbish Bin ..."

Bug Description

When using language pack for English (GB) the tooltip for the Rubbish Bin calls it Wastebasket (which is from the English (US) language pack, I think). This happens when there are items in the Rubbish Bin as well when it is empty.
