kwin_x11 needs KWIN_EXPLICIT_SYNC=0 until a bug is fixed on kubuntu vivid

Bug Description
kwin_x11 (KDE 5) fails badly on older NVIDIA graphics using the nvidia proprietary driver (304). Seen on Geoforce 7025.
Users on this configuration see kwin freezing and cannot perform any operation.
A fix is coming, but has not yet landed. In the meantime setting KWIN_EXPLICIT_SYNC is an effective workaround.

I think that the workaround should be delivered ASAP on kubuntu vivid, otherwise a quota of users remains with an unusable box.
