Bug Description

Section C.4.3 reads:

"This can be seen from the fact that mainstream economics has, for most of its history, effectively ignored the fact of oligopoly for most of its history."

One of two things could be said about this sentence

1) It means for most of the history of mainstream economics, it ignores the fact that throughout most of its history, oligopoly was present
2) It means for most of the history of mainstream economics, it ignores the extant of oligopoly

This seems to be close enough that the sentence both fails to distinguish between the two, and is unnecessarily complex.

Included: suggested patch to remedy.

Traditional economy says oligopolistic behaviour is gone when there doesn't exist artificial entry barriers to the market, which are:
- Intellectual property.
- Tax reduction when larger volume of production.
- Tax evasion to tax havens.
- Lock-ins.
- State grants.
