About dialog: missing contributors/translators/license information

Seen in backintime-gnome:

Upon opening the "About" dialog, the information about the authors/translations/license is not shown upon opening the respective windows using the buttons.

Instead, empty windows are shown.

That's right. There are two problems:

1. the Makefile.template patch (http://sources.debian.net/src/backintime/1.0.36-1/debian/patches/install-docs-move.patch/) doesn't work. Non of those files are included in the package.

2. common/config.py line 132 (self._DOC_PATH = '/usr/share/doc/backintime') need to be patched, too
