Metacity doesn't look Tango compliant

Bug Description

Ubuntu's default Human theme always felt semi-Tango to me. The folder icons are glossy so is the metacity. Perhaps, the best example of a Tango-compliant metacity is Clearlooks'. It has a gummy feel and has colors that follow the Tango guidelines ( http://tango.freedesktop.org/Tango_Icon_Theme_Guidelines ). I know that Tango is primarily an icon look but I believe that widget styles and metacity themes should also follow.

Since the Human gtk+ theme follows established GNOME-compliant engines, the feel looks "GNOME-ey" but the metacity doesn't. The glossy Human metacity seems out of place.

I would appreciate inputs. I am not 100% sure about this but it surely seems to me that it doesn't follow the established GNOME look and feel.
