Update emblem sizes due changes in nautilus 2.20

Bug Description

In Nautilus 2.20 the lookup for emblem icons is changed.

Now, when the icon size is 48x48 pixels, Nautilus will directly lookup emblems under 24x24.

This change is described in this email[1] from Nautilus mailing list.

Human icon theme should be updated accordly, using a 24x24 pixels canvas for icons and placing them under Human/24x24/emblems directory.

I think in Ubuntu 9.10 emblems work just fine, closing this one.
