Bug Description

Here is the photo:

Clicking the "thumbnail" will reveal large black streaks where data is missing. What could be causing this? And is there something that is notifying me of this type of error that I'm unaware of?

This is a known bug in the memory handling of enblend that manifests with large panoramas.

You can workaround it by reducing the size of the panorama or by adjusting the cache size in Stitcher tab -> Blender options. e.g. the default is 1024MB (1 GB), if you have 4GB RAM you can try setting the cache to something slightly smaller than this, such as 3000MB, i.e: -m 3000

Thank you for the information. I will give this a shot. Is this something that can be detected before executing the stitch? Or at least told about when detected while stitching?

If we knew what causes the bug then it could be fixed rather than giving a warning.
