Bug Description
Stitching scanned images is a simple procedure if the correct optimisation is carried out.
It would be helpful to have an optimiser menu item, which might say 'Scanned images (Z,r,X,Y)', which sets nothing for the anchor and sets Z, r, X, Y for all other images.
