Bug Description
Refreshing the CP panel can slow down hugin by a lot when there are a lot of control points. The optimizer also works slowly when there are excessive control points. Other times, the optimizer doesn't work so well when some images have a hundred control points and other have a handful. That situations can occur when a machine doesn't have enough RAM to run a autopanosift on all images simultaneously. In all of these cases, we can solve the problem if the CP window can sort by localID.
Just sort, then select all control points beyond 20, and then delete. This also makes the CP list behave more uniformily, more columns can be sorted upon. I am attaching a patch that adds this behavior to hugin.
