Patches to simplify building Hugin SDK on Win32/64

Part of the challenge in building the Hugin SDK is the copious amounts of modification that have to be made to project files from the source distributions.

This is a set of patches that performs the steps located at http://wiki.panotools.org/wiki/index.php?title=Hugin_SDK_(MSVC_2008)&oldid=11413 , which primarily involve converting VS 2005 projects to VS 2008 and fixing paths to be relative to how the HuginSDK is built.

These patches also introduce configurations for the x64 platform. Where applicable, a few x64 compile-related changes have been made as well to facilitate compiling targeting x64.
