Winget does not allow upgrade

I'm have been using Hugin for a long time and install all my tools (since years) via Winget and a batch script. Since some time the Hugin upgrade is not working using winget.

using the homepage I'm able to download Verion: Hugin-2023.0.0-win64.msi

Winget does find an update, but it is not possbile to install it.

the upgrade is initiated via

Es wurde kein anwendbares Upgrade gefunden.
In einer konfigurierten Quelle ist eine neuere Paketversion verfügbar, die jedoch nicht auf Ihr System oder Ihre Anforderungen zutrifft.

Short translation:
1. no applicable installer found
2. a newer version is availabe in one of the source, but it does not fit to your system

I observe this behaviour on different machines in my family running windows 11 and Windows 10 with latest 64-bit OS Windows version.

Please test the installer alone. If this works, it is a problem of winget.
We are providing the installer package alone and can't debug winget.
Or you need to provide more information.
