Smart Screen blocks installation on Windows 10

Bug Description

It seems the MSI file needs some digital signature to circumvent Windows Smart Screen's default blocking the installation. As the last version of Hugin could be installed without this issue (AFAIR), I guess it's a new "feature" of Windows 10 Smart Screen.

You can remove the blocking tag in the file preferences. And it should install then.

For getting a digital signature you have to pay to Microsoft. This I won't pay.
