Bug Description

System: Ubuntu 16.04 / 18.04
Hugin: 2017.0.0.eac5e8cc546e / 2018.0.0+dfsg-1

I optimised with "Positions, Translation, View and Barrel (y,p,r,x,y,z,v,b)". The parameters TrX, TrY and TrZ were assigned to 1e-05.

Example:
i w3456 h5184 f0 v=0 Ra=0 Rb=0 Rc=0 Rd=0 Re=0 Eev12.2994942324995 Er1 Eb1 r-0.148240335181224 p0.233726698546944 y-117.651233348521 TrX1e-05 TrY1e-05 TrZ1e-05 Tpy0 Tpp0 j0 a=0 b=0 c=0 d=0 e=0 g=0 t=0 Va=0 Vb=0 Vc=0 Vd=0 Vx=0 Vy=0 Vm5

Images with these values has been moved outside the panorama.

Manually editing the pto-file changing these parameters back to 0 moved the images back to the right place.

Example:
i w3456 h5184 f0 v=0 Ra=0 Rb=0 Rc=0 Rd=0 Re=0 Eev12.2994942324995 Er1 Eb1 r-0.148240335181224 p0.233726698546944 y-117.651233348521 TrX0 TrY0 TrZ0 Tpy0 Tpp0 j0 a=0 b=0 c=0 d=0 e=0 g=0 t=0 Va=0 Vb=0 Vc=0 Vd=0 Vx=0 Vy=0 Vm5

Such low values of TrXYZ does not move the image outside of the canvas.
There must be something other be wrong. Can you provide the complete pto file not only a small excerpt?
Also did you manually edit the pto file or was all done by Hugin?

The automatically created pto file before optimizing. Images are correctly positioned.

This is a limitation of the used translation model. See FAQ https://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_FAQ#Why_does_my_output_covers_only_180.C2.B0.3F

Thank you for the explanation. Really a pity, because the rest of the pictures will be put together perfectly with this function.
