Bug Description
Would be nice if it did.
I tried stacking with Raw Therapee's 32bit floating point files, remapping went smoothly but hugin_stack ended up throwing this error "unsupported pixel type: FLOAT".

Implemented support for UINT32, float and double pixel types in hugin_stacker in default branch.
