The copyright information in the "about" window (intro.htm) is still 2004-2017 but should be pushed to cover also 2018.

The code in 2018.0 was written in 2017. So I think for 2018.0 it is okay.
Updated the year in default branch.

Because of other changes a RC2 is needed. Therefore update also to 2018.0 branch.
