Bug Description
This is a feature request for the Photos tab.
When no image is selected in 'Photos' tab and I press cmd+A (usually "select all") I expect that Hugin selects all images. Instead image 0 is selected. A second cmd+A outlines image 1 without actually selecting it.
There is no key combination to select (e.g. cmd+A) or deselect (e.g. cmd+D) all images. Can those commands be also added to the context menu?
Also "Save as" has no standard key combination: the usual key combination at least on OS X is cmd+shift+S

This is already implemented, but only for Ctrl+A.
