started getting errors when sticking panos on Mac

tried to use Hugin today and got the following set of errors during alignment:Photometric Optimization

This is not a bug. Error in these messages refers to the alignment error (displacement).

Any ideas why Hugin just started giving me this problem. Even getting it with pictures that had previously provided good panos. Curiously, it did work for one pano after I sent in the message, but has now started hanging on thosecerrorscagsin.

Its not a problem as Thomas already pointed out. The message just contains information about the calculation / optimization process. The term "error" in this case doesn't say that something is broken.

I understand that it isn¹t a bug, and realize that I probably posted my
question in the wrong location. Still, it is a Œ problem¹ for me and i¹m
trying to figure out how to get past this. The program either just hangs
or kicks out after reporting these results. And it is happening with data
that I had used before with good results. Still trying to figure out what
I need to do to get a useable result from these data sets. I¹ve tried
manually adding control points with no effect.
