align_image_stack: image sizes not consistent

Bug Description
align_image_stack crashes with error "image sizes not consistent" when given differently sized photos to align even if -C switch is used. If using -p switch PTO file is generated correctly.

Align_image_stack works currently only with images of the same size, but the error message was not displayed correct. This is fixed in the repository.
The created pto file is not correctly in this case.
