option to remove contrast enhanced square in CP editor

Bug Description

When reviewing (and deleting) auto generated control points, I would
very much like to be able to set the "view" to 200%
and NOT to have the little contrast-enhanced accuracy-aid
appear. The enhanced window obscures the *context*
of the control point, which is crucial during this process.

Feature request: option to turn OFF
the contrast enhanced, zoomed, square.

In the default branch the contrast enhanced zoom square is automatically deactivated when the zoom is 200 % or above.
I decided against a new option. For 200 % zoom it is always off. For the smaller zoom it is always on.

The changes were committed yesterday in changeset 61ee38d778bf.
Additionally I set the milestone for this bug report to 2019.0 beta1. So it won't be in older versions.
