old FSF address used in copyright header

Hello,

Multiple files in hugin source (2015.0.0 beta2) point two one of the older FSF postal addresses (not 51 Franklin Street).

Find attached a patch which either use the current FSF address or switches to the copyright header currently suggested <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html> by the FSF, namely:

along with this program. If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
