Bug Description

The Align... feature of the Assistant does not work at all. This is the 2nd project with about 20 uncompressed TIFF files and Panorama Stitcher simply fails at the first step.
This is a Dual Xenon (8 core) with 20GB RAM. Tried a few things but nothing seems to work at all.

You have simply not enough free memory. Maybe I need to increase the factor for the memory check.

There are 2 possibilities:
1.) Add --ncores 3 or --ncores 4 to reduce the number of threads.
2.) Use the 64-bit version.
