[Wishlist] Simultaneously add bug number to 5-a-day, if option set

Bug Description
Would be nice to simultaneously add the bug number to the triager's 5-a-day list.
Of course, this would only happen if the triager set it during the init process or at the time of submission on a hugday.

yes, this would be nice to have. Knowing the code of both tools I think it is easy to achieve, will work on this soon.
