[HUD] Phone parameters view is missing preview button

on the phone when a selected command requires a parameter view, preview cannot be seen through the HUD overlay. As specified this requires an additional preview step before the command can be executed.

Yes, the preview button is still not there. There is no libhud support for it though, so there's not much i can do until that happens. Adding hud and libhud-qt projects

For this particular bug we don't need additional libhud-qt support. This is all about HUD UI requiring an additional preview step on the phone for all live preview actions before sending COMMIT. The application does not need to care at this point about the fact that the screen is too small for the live preview to be visible. The live preview is still being updated behind the HUD just as it should.

We have plans to enable the applications to specify for each actions if they can support live preview or even explicitly require an additional preview step, but that is an another matter.
