Bug Description
When connecting to an SSH server through nautilus ~/.gvfs mounts the SSH/SFTP share in this folder which means that a backup on /home/user will backup an entire remote computer.

we should make a distinction. that is, if this is the case we should ask the user if this is really what he wants to do.
