Bug Description
Requesting that hubackup implement GPG encryption so that the backup archives are secure.

Actually DAR supports encryption, powered by public and secret keys. If we move away from using DAR then we should explore using GPG through one of the python bindings (which I forgot the names of, my memory is not what it used to be back in 2004)
