Bug Description
The Right to Left (rtl) styles for the header area do not render at all in Internet Explorer (IE). In fact nothing shows up in the header area. I have tested the styles in Firefox 3, Opera 9.5 and Chrome on Win and they all rendered as expected.
We may need to implement some hacks for this later.
