duplex printing disabled

says it has duplex capability, I can not print in duplex in my fedora 16 desktop.

I can print perfectly, but can not print on both side of the page.

Thanks for the logs. Are you able to perform a duplex job from windows? From the logs it looks that duplex command is not sent to the device. Please follow following steps ind see if it works.

Steps to change Installable options:
1) Go to http://localhost:631/printers/
2) Select correct print queue.
3) Go to Administrations-> Set Default options.
4) Choose Installable options and make duplexer unit Installed.
5) Try to print a duplex job now.
