m1212nf: scanning in ADF produces lines/dots on the image
My system:
--
Linux 3.2.5
sane 1.0.22
xsane 0.998
hplip 3.12.2
hplip-plugin 3.12.2
Printer is connected via USB
Xsane scanimage and other tools produces the same effect, you can clearly see multiple purple rows full of points over the image.
I'd like to point out that this product is advertized as fully supported on hp site, but scanning actually is giving me a lot of problems (see other bug reports)

Attached the same image scanned from flatbed with the same options, note that the purple dots are gone and that the image is not cutted (see bug #937557)
