system-config-printer reports incorrect IEEE 1284 Device ID (Ubuntu 10.04, HPLIP 3.10.2-2, LaserJet P2035)

OS: Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS
HPLIP: 3.10.2-2ubuntu2.2
Printer: HP LaserJet P2035 on USB connection

Running system-config-printer as root, I added the printer usingthe HPLIP connection.

**** Incorrect IEEE 1284 Device ID: [u'drv:///hpijs.drv/hp-laserjet_p2035-hpijs-pcl3.ppd', u'drv:///hpijs.drv/hp-laserjet_p2035-hpijs-zjs.ppd']
**** Actual ID is MFG:Hewlett-Packard;MDL:HP LaserJet P2035;
**** Please report a bug against the HPLIP component
Using lsb/usr/foo2zjs/HP-LaserJet_P2035.ppd.gz (status: 0)

I don't seem to have hp-check installed so I am unable to run it.
