Bug Description

1. Tinycore 4.1 is my linux version
2. Hp Officejet 4500 is my printer
3. http://pastebin.com/eKFGeR2g is result of 'hp-check -t'
4. I bought this printer a couple of days ago, seems to work properly by photocopying, but since I set up to work with linux (either through cup browser configuration or 'hp-setup') print only in black and white . The scanning works correctly.
5. To recreate the error just make a print, prints only the part of black, it may be helpful, my version of hplip is 3.11.5, cups 1.4.8 and ghostscript is 9.04.

In italian

1. Tinycore 4.1 è la mia versione di linux
2. HP Officejet 4500 è la mia stampante
3. http://pastebin.com/eKFGeR2g risultato di 'hp-check -t'

I previously opened a question, but I think it is better to post in the bug section.

HI Vinnie,

From hp-check output, so many dependencies are missing. Please install all cups libraries.
libcupsimage2-dev, libcups2-dev and libjpeg libraries.

Thanks & Regards,
Amarnath

Thanks to interest, but the maintainer of the package has solved the problem. http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/4.x/x86/tcz/ghostscript.tcz.info (info of the new package),
The Problem is inherent in bug of ghostscript 9.04, now work fine (also without the mentioned libraries)

Changing status to Invalid as there is no change in HPLIP. Problem is solved by updating ghostscript package.

Changed in hplip:
status: New → Invalid
