Bug Description

My printer is USB connected. It works fine in Windows XP Pro. Followed procedure at http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/support.htm. Detailed results included in attachment. It actually printed the HPLIP Printer Test Page at the final install stage (I activated Print Test Page). Have repeated this entire procedure with the same results.

Hi Peter,

Sorry for late response.

There are several print queues created for the same printer.
Can you please run the command "system-config-printer" in terminal. There opens up a GUI window showing the print queues. Please delete all the print queues.

Next, run command "hp-setup" in terminal and configure the printer.
Check if you are facing the same problem again.

Thanks & Regards,
Goutam Kodu
