Bug Description

The bug was reported and confirmed on <https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=722866>
Contrary to the title used on bugzilla, this is not limited to PDF printing. Printing from LibreOffice shows the same effect:

Printing on laserjet1200 results in output being shifted to (or maybe above)
the top margin if following packages are installed from
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Printing/openSUSE_11.3/
cups 1.5.0-76.1-x86_64
cups-client 1.5.0-76.1-x86_64
cups-libs 1.5.0-76.1-x86_64
cups-libs-32bit 1.5.0-76.1-x86_64
foomatic-filters 4.0.9.-13.1-x86_64
hplib 3.11.10-37.2-x86_64
hplib-hpijs 3.11.10-37.2-x86_64
yast2-printer 2.21.0-1.1-x86_64

Printing test pages from YAST and from CUPS is successful!
Printing from command line with "-o page-border=single" also yields correct
printout.
Without the border option, the output is shifted

Printer drivers:
- hp-laserjet_1200-pcl3.ppd
- hpcups 3.11.10

According to <https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=722866#c2>
there seems to be an issue with the HPCUPS driver in HPLIP 3.11.10.

Pls refer to <https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=722866> also for attachments

Please follow following steps.
1) open terminal and run "hp-toolbox" comand.
2) Remove previoous print queue by pressing on (-) button.
3) Add new print queue by pressing "+" button.

Hi

Actually the pcl driver is used deliberately because the ps driver is incredibly slow and sometimes never prints a page with graphics.
Since each driver get´s it´s own print queue set up, this would not help, would it?
