binary plugin failed to install (hplip-3.11.7.run)

Distro: ubuntu 11.04
Printer Model: LaserJet M1212nf MFP
Problem: When run the last step of installation process (hp-setup) the binay plugin failed to install, the message is as follows

                            plug-in file does not match its digital signature
                            file may have been corrupted or altered
                            Error Code: 2

Notes: File hplip-3.11.7.run downloaded from website http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/gethplip.html

Plugins for HPLIP are uploaded at http://www.openprinting.org website, which is unfortunately down due to an unexpected issue. Since the webserver is not available, installation of plugins is failing. We will get back to you once we make alternative arrangements for accessing the plugins.
