Bug Description

In hplip 3.11.5, the PPD for the Photosmart c5380 (hp-photosmart_c5300_series.ppd) does not contain anything related to the CD/DVD tray and printing capabilities of the C5380.

The attached patch adds the appropriate settings to the PPD, so that direct printing to CD/DVD works fine with the C5380.

Cheers,
Reinhold

Thanks for this, but I don't have a "hp-photosmart_c5300_series.ppd" file. I have "/etc/cups/ppd/Photosmart_C5500.ppd" instead via the hpijs package. I use Ubuntu and they screwed something up, because they have hpijs and hpcups packages but hpcups doesn't appear to ever be used. You can have both packages installed but the system always uses hpijs. If you try to uninstall hpijs it takes hplip with it. I don't know how to get the system to use hpcups.

That patch is for the .ppd file in the hplip sources, not necessarily for the files distributed in the ubuntu packages (which seem to ignore hpcups at all and provide the "old" hpijs filter exclusively).
