Hp 400tn printer not working get message not connected to network

Hi,

Is hplip installed in your system. If yes, Please open this file /usr/share/hplip/data/models/models.dat as root . Go to section
[hp_laserjet_4000_series] and change io-support=1 to io-support=7 and save the file. Open the terminal run hp-setup to configure your network printer.

If still the printer not recognized please post us the output of hp-check -t.
