URI created by hp-setup doesn't work for printing

Bug Description

The url that is detected is hp:/net/HP_Color_LaserJet_CP2025dn?zc=cp2025dn (I changed the hostname from default). If I "ping cp2025dn", it works. If I open a browser against "http://cp2025dn" I get the printer's setup pages. However, if I print, eventually I get an error that says that the backend failed.

If I use "hp-makeuri cp2025dn", it takes a long time, and then complains that the device is not found. However, if I use "hp-makeuri 192.168.1.100", I get a URI that I can then paste into cups, overriding the URI created by hp-setup, and that works fine, except for the part where it's not using DNS to do the lookup, meaning I can't simply change the IP address later by updating DNS (and the printer). This would be handy since I have multiple linux boxes set up - so updating all the printer configs would be annoying.

Everything *except* for the URI creation seems to go okay.

Same problem with 3.11.10 and your hp-makeuri ip workaround works fine.
