Bug Description
I'm seeing a bug with hpcups in which US Letter sized raster output generates two pages of A4 paper. The second page only has the very last raster line of the image on it.
Attached:
1. PPD file
2. PostScript input
3. hpcups output
Here is how I'm getting the output:
PPD=printer.ppd /usr/lib/
PPD=printer.ppd /usr/lib/
PPD=printer.ppd /usr/lib/
Symptom is seen when printing using either of these (equivalent) command lines:
lp -oPageSize=Letter input.ps
lp -oraw hpcups.prn

Expected result: a single A4 sheet, slightly overprinted on the right-hand side and with a large gap at the bottom (i.e. US Letter trying to fit onto A4 media).
Actual result: extra page with very last raster line printed at the top
