remove, move-up and move-down button do not work in select file to send

Bug Description
Running `hp-sendfax` and going to the step »Select Files to Send« and populating it with files, the move-up and move-down buttons do not work. The focus just moves to the first entry and the order is not changed.
Additionally the »Remove« button does also not work. Selecting an item and hitting »Remove« nothing happens.
This is with `hplip-gui` `3.10.9-1` from Debian experimental.

Confirmed on 3.10.11 compiled from source on aptosid (debian sid)
