Bug Description

It looks like some printers need special permissions for /usr/libexec/cups/backend/hp to work. I can not reproduce this problem as the printer I own is not affected by this problem. For further information please take a look at https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=237537. If you need more information ask here and I will redirect people experiencing this issue to this bug.

Can you please list those printer names.
if possible, please attach "lsusb -v" outputs.
