Specific model is a Photosmart D5460
In HP Device Manager under Supplies->HP Part No.
each cartridge is listed as 04/04XL
In HP Device Manager under Actions->Cups View Printer and Device Information

Part No.: 360/360XL
The actual cartridge number I would expect from both of these programs for this printer is 564/564XL
