Cannot turn off "Fit to Page" in 3.9.12

Bug Description
Using HPLIP 3.9.12 drivers for HP B8550, I want to print photos full-bleed on the page. Going to the HP Toolbox, I select the printer, then click on "Print Settings". I then select "Image Printing". I change "Fit to Page" from "On" to "Off", but the setting doesn't stick. After I switch tabs and go back, it is back to "On".
