Installation Wizard shows unsupported printer as supported under Ubuntu 9.10

Bug Description
The Installation Wizard at hpopensource.com shows the Deskjet F2400 series supported on Ubuntu 9.10. It states: "Ubuntu 9.10 supplies HPLIP 3.9.2 and it does support your printer.".
However:
1) A fresh install of Ubuntu 9.10 shows the installed hplip version as 3.9.8
2) According to the release notes the actual hplip version required for this printer series is 3.9.10

Therefore the Installation Wizard is incorrect: the version of hplip included with Ubuntu 9.10 does not support this model.
